We want every client to book with confidence. Because each consultation involves personalised preparation reserved exclusively for you, this policy sets out clearly when a refund or reschedule is possible — and how to request one.

Veshannastro provides personalised, intangible advisory services. Each consultation requires a dedicated time slot reserved for you, along with individual chart casting, analysis, and report preparation carried out in advance. This policy balances fairness to you with the genuine value of that reserved time and preparatory work.

02 · Cancellation & Refund Window

You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund provided that:

03 · Rescheduling

Rescheduling

If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least 12 hours in advance, at no extra cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not extend or reset the refund window described above.

04 · No-Shows & Late Arrival

No-Shows & Late Arrival

If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, or arrive so late that the session cannot meaningfully proceed, the booking is treated as fulfilled and is non-refundable. Technical issues on the client's side — connectivity, device, or environment — do not create a refund entitlement, though we will always make a reasonable effort to reschedule where possible.

Once your personalised preparation has commenced, your session has been delivered, or your report has been issued, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are also not available for:

In the rare event that we must cancel or are unable to deliver your confirmed session, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference, at no additional cost.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your name, booking date, and payment reference. Requests are reviewed against this policy and you will receive a response confirming the outcome.

08 · Refund Processing

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider. For international payments, currency conversion differences applied by the payment processor or your bank are beyond our control.

09 · Payment Disputes

Payment Disputes

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — most matters are resolved quickly and amicably. Raising a chargeback or bank dispute for a knowingly purchased and delivered service, without first contacting us, may be treated as a contractual dispute, and we reserve the right to present booking logs, communications, and invoices in response.
